J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amazon (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
I had an 7 hour long interview, yes 7 hours long at Amazon.
I was interview for 1 hour each by 4 seperate people that I would not have any daily workings with, people from areas of the business that had zero or minimal contact with what would be my dept. It was all very odd and every question was geared towards how analytics and mined data influence fashion design. It was very weird and bizarre as people interviewing me had no idea about the processes or understanding of a creative job.
After each little interview I was taken back to reception and had to wait for the next person to collect me, not once was I offered a glass of water or anything to eat or drink. My scheduled 'break' for lunch was cancelled as someone important had a meeting overrun so all I had from 9:30-4:30 was the bottle of water I brought with me,
I did have a 1hr 1/2 interview with people that would have been my direct contacts and that was more concise and what I would expect for a fashion design interview.
