Very confusing process as there were too many people involved. They were not used to direct hire process and several different people contacted me by phone, email, and letters with conflicting information about interview times and places. I was told to be at a hotel downtown indianpolis on one day only to be told when I got there that I would have to come back the next day.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
