The interview process was very long and was quite difficult. Be prepared and have notes ready, do not go into the interview without preparing. USE STAR method!!!! You will also have to go through three interviews so be ready to sit through all of them.

my inteterview was over a year ago, I do not remeber what was asked I just know they base it on the 16 leadership principles
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
