It was a long process of 6 rounds as they were hiring for all the mediums(chat,calls,email) simultaneously. First round was basic aptitude,GD, typing test, email writing, versant, interview. First few rounds were supposedly done to minimize the crowd as it was an off campus hiring.

They basically checked communication skills by asking questions on customer handling(scenario based).

It's long time talking and based on many aspects of work so be prepared for that also practice customer associate role before that will be better. Then they also included difference situation some has to be replied based on text and other voice based
It was smooth and easy. You can crack it easily if you got good communication skills. There were 3 rounds of the interview, First one was the introduction round and english fluency checking round, Second one was the assessment round and Lastly, It was an interview round with the HR.
It is a very lengthy process, where first we have to do a online test first and then hr interview and then a salary discussion round in which we have to exhibit our knowledge to the hr
