very focused on leadership principles and technical questions, they use the star method. typical interviews start with 1-2 phone screens followed by an on-site loop with about 5 people from the team including a bar raiser.

Very intense. 2 phone screens and 4 45 minute interviews, known as the loop. The recruiter prepared me with much detail about what to expect. If you prepare, you’ll be fine.

Went through phone screening and never heard back even after reaching out to recruiter. It was unusual since they are usually quick on notifying you. I've went through a few interviews with them in the past.
