Hands-on Mid-Senior Project Manager with great affinity for data measurement projects, from data measurement projects, from data flow setup to transformation to PowerBI dashboard

Mission Objective:

The implementation of an insourced data lake in which external cleaned media agency data of ATL and BTL campaign data and social media is centralised, combined with internal data sources, covering all relevant communication channels. When implemented, PowerBI reporting/montoring dashboards need to be created

Function description:

Support the internal customers and realize several different data reporting and visualization projects by:

• Understanding and identifying, together with the stakeholders, their visualization and reporting needs
• Capturing the requirements and translating them into a prototype and a full dashboard,
• Collecting and assembling the data in support of prototyping of visualizations with the customer
• Developing, updating, optimizing, publishing & decommissioning (= full life-cycle) of dashboards/reports respecting the data & reporting governance guidelines
• Striving for the most optimal solution for the development and automation of reports and dashboard
• Collaborating with Data Engineers in creating the adequate sustainable data solutions and/or having the existing ones evolve in line with new needs (data assets) underlying recurrent and/or critical reportings (regulatory, strategic, tactical and/or operational), in line with the data strategy whenever relevant), and as such promoting reuse and consistency (versus silo’s)
• Setting-up, advocating and implementing reporting and visualization best practices, according to the guidelines and standards defined within BNPPF
• Coaching junior Data Visualization Specialists
• Being the guardian & ambassador of this governance put in place,
• Documenting and training users on how to effectively maximize the different tool

Although the Data Visualisation Specialist can temporarily be in charge of light data preparation work whilst designing and prototyping his new and updated reportings and visuals, he will collaborate closely with the Data Engineer for the delivery of the solid, industrialised and governed final data structures, guaranteeing traceability, consistency, monitoring

Dutch / French / English : knowledge of English and active knowledge of at least one local language + passive knowledge of the other language
