Overzicht:

• You will transform data into actionable insights and reporting that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization
• Gather and understand stakeholders’ requirements and document the ambition and added-value of the request for Fednot, the notaries and or the citizens; you manage stakeholders through setting realistic expectations, maintaining clear feedback and ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring business demand is in alignment with strategic directions and there is a clear understanding on project objectives;
• Identify and understand the data models and business processes of our source domains;

• Identify, document and evaluate the solutions to be implemented and define acceptance criteria ;
• Create clear reports/dashboards that identify consistent trends and propose actionable insights;
• Plan and coordinate the delivery of solutions with the various parties involved (Data Engineers, architects, data governance lead, DBA, DPO, Business stakeholders or external dependencies) and keep track of project progress;
• Perform in-depth process analysis and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency;
• Support the Product Owners/Managers in the development of a vision and the evolution of data products;

• You hold a Master degree and have experience as Business Analyst, Functional analyst or as member of a Data/BI/AI Team
• You have a background in data analysis or statistics, or a strong affinity with these fields.
• At least 1 year of professional experience
• You have a basic knowledge of SQL with which you can perform simple analyses in a big data environment
• You have experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker or DataStudio.

Jobinhoud: We zijn op zoek naar: Een Data Analyst BI (m/v/x) Voltijds of 4/5de De job Je verzamelt de rapporteringsnoden bij de business (intern & extern) en vertaalt deze naar gebruiksvriendelijke rapporteringen en dashboards; Vanuit je rol en kennis van de beschikbare data inspireer je de eindgebruiker en ondersteun je hem in het uitdenken van interessante inzichten en kom je zelf met voorstellen tot verbetering; Je voert zelf analyses uit om specifieke vragen van de business te kunnen beantwoorden, om trends zichtbaar te maken en/of om nieuwe inzichten uit te bouwen; Je werkt nauw samen met het data en het AI team die instaan voor de opbouw en de vervolledigen van de datasets in functie van de analyse & rapporteringsbehoeften; Je voorziet in de nodige begeleiding en ondersteuning van je eindgebruikers in het gebruik van de gebouwde rapporteringen en dashboards evenals bij de BI self-service component die aangeboden wordt. Je hebt Een masterdiploma en toont een grote interesse in BI en in het werken met data; Min. drie jaren ervaring in requirements – analyse; Reeds een goede ervaring met een grote BI-visualisatie tool (Tableau, Looker, Qlik, ..); Een sterke affiniteit in data visualisatie en bent in staat om mooie, gebruiksvriendelijke dashboards te bouwen die een duidelijk verhaal vertellen en overeenstemmen met de noden van de eindgebruiker; Reeds ervaring met werken in een Analytics Cloudomgeving en een big data omgeving schrikt je niet af; SQL en Google Big Query en kan aan de slag met Jupyter Notebooks om analyses te schrijven in Python; Je bent Verantwoordelijk voor het geleverde werk en hecht veel belang aan de kwaliteit van je rapporten en analyses; Leergierig, staat open voor nieuwe evoluties en houdt van nieuwe uitdagingen; Communicatief sterk waardoor je makkelijk met de eindgebruikers kan communiceren; Klaar om zowel in een klein team te werken als zelfstandig te werken; Vlot in het NL en/of het FR met goede kennis van Engels.
