      Avantages

      - Easier FAANG to get into, leading to great career opportunities. - Total Comp is competitive - My particular team was great and supportive

      Inconvénients

      - My Org has to PIP 10% of its worst performing SDEs every year regardless of their actual performance which is why I left. - Workplace benefits are scarce. You pay to park, pay for food/snacks, happy hours/events are rare: I've heard and experienced anywhere from 0-4 per year. - 401k contribution is industry-low.

      Inconvénients

      Most AMs have avoritism among employees. We get mandatory extra time (now is calling "voluntary" but you have to go when it is schedule) at the end of the year, what makes difficult for some of us when we have kids and they're really rigid about it.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
