      Extra days off. Remote job.

      Inconvénients

      They dont want to pay the corresponding increase in yearly payment. They dont like to create history with employees so expect getting fired after a year or two. Micro-managing to an extreme.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
