      Inconvénients

      All Developers are On-call on a weekly rotational basis, The person who is oncall is responsible for solving all critical issues on the go. For smaller teams, rotation frequency would be faster and very hectic.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
