The interview process was smooth throughout. The first interview was through the phone and the 2nd was on a zoom call. Very nice people and professional process. On the 2nd call they really spend time getting to know you and see how you will fit in

Firstly was introduced and given a brief description in relation to the company and its values. We were then to listen to an example of a call which we would be faced with and informed to take notes. Thereafter we were given 20 minutes to prepare as we were then going to proceed with doing a role play. Role play commenced thereafter followed by competency interview style questions and some grilling.
