I was contacted by an HR individual for a brief phone screening after applying online. Originally applied for a position within Health Care--but was told this position was "filled" and was given the opportunity to interview with a different (not similar) department of the company. Went into the office on two separate occasions for interviews with about six or so individuals from all levels of this specific department. Patiently awaited a response only to be told a few weeks later that I was instead offered a temporary position for an intern-like hourly salary with the off-chance of being hired full-time up to 6 months in the future. Note: My qualifications and experience do not at all correlate with an entry-level internship position so this was completely insulting. I declined the offer. The whole process was extremely misleading and disorganized.
