Interviewed for an interactive Account Director position at a multicultural arm of WS. Had to wait a long time for the in-person interview. Creative Director interviewed me -- really nice guy. Office was in a great location -- Pacific Design Center. Job description was vague and they were looking for someone more junior for the position. No harm, no foul.

Fast and straight forward interview process. HR screening followed by meeting the line manager and one teammate, with the final stage being a presentation of a task they give to show experience/creative thinking.
