J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Weber Shandwick (New York, NY) en mai 2014
Entretien
Started with an interview with 4 different people and then a follow up phone interview with one of the VP's on the team I was applying to. All went exceptionally well and I left feeling positive about the experience. They all went over my background and work history as well as what they are looking for in candidates and for the position. They asked your "standard fair" of interview questions, nothing too tricky, "what are your strengths/weaknesses" etc. The phone interview was a little more in-depth and he asked some tougher questions but I hung up the phone feeling as if it had gone well. Got a tip that I might be a finalist for the position from someone I know who works at the firm but didn't hear anything back from anyone there for over a week.

It was a tougher interview than I expected. Tough writing test. Interviewers were very nice. Culture seemed great. Very similar to other PR firms. Nice interviewers. Two team members interviewed me.
Got an email from an in-house recruiter to hop on a call. The call was pretty casual. Then went in for an interview with two Vice Presidents, both of whom seemed disengaged, unprepared, and curt. Neither of them reviewed my resume beforehand, and both were making up questions on the spot. I felt rude and disrespected. They also ghosted me after the interview.

I reach out to a recruiter via Linkedin about my interest in the AAE position. I was emailed by HR few weeks after I made initial contact. I then had a phone interview with HR. A week later I came in for a in person interview. I met with 3 people from each team on different levels. It was very fast. 30 mins for each person. I tried to give the as much information about me as I could and I tried to ask them a lot of questions. At the end if the interview I met with HR who told me the next steps would be a writing test. I was never sent the writing test so I knew I did not get the position. Overall it was a little unorganized, but efficient.
