The interview process is very satisfying overall, the HR warmly welcomes the candidate for interview and the process had gone smoothly. At first I was very nervous, but the recruitment system that they had design I think is very effective since it tries to accommodate to every candidates' need. They also explain clearly about the company cultures and work values which are a plus for me.
