J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unilever en déc. 2015
Entretien
1st: Phone Interview with an HR
2nd: Skype Interview with the "future" boss
3rd: Face-2-Face Interview with "future" boss and his boss
I received the first positive feedback about one month after I had submitted my application. I was invited to a phone interview with the recruiter. He asked questions about how I meet their standards of leadership and was looking for real life examples. A skype interview followed and then an invitation to a f-2-f interview. The skype interview was very casual, I felt a little overdressed. The face to face interview took about 1.5 hours. I was asked about my experience and was asked to show and comment on my portfolio. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
What would you do if a customer wants some design feature in a particular way, which you think is wrong. How would you deal with it? How would you try to convince him/her?
