First, I had a skype interview with an IT Employee. That interview was very much behavioral with a little focus on what I would potentially be doing at Unilever for the summer. After that, I got an email explaining that I made it to the next round of interviewing which consisted of speaking with two IT Directors (also through Skype). This interview was a little behavioral but much more focused on my previous work experience and the internship program as a whole.
