The panel was thorough with their questions regarding Supply chain planning and made sure that they got a complete feel of my technical know how and relevance to the said job. All in all i would say that the panel of interviewers were very detailed oriented and wanted me to explain the MPS. S& OP cycle in detail. Furthermore they asked about my career aspirations and plans.

it was 2 calls and that was very clear as in my CV and also in the first call I did not speak dutch language. They passed me to the second interview though and in they end the interviewer mentioned this. He was quite rude and aid how I did not speak the language. i think they need more preparation.
