Entretien
I had an interview at my campus. There were two people who take my interview at the same time. The interview for a job in Supply Chain, First of all, my major is not logistics but they still interview. At first they ask me behavior questions and then later on they give me couple cases to read and then ask me how I will make my decision after understanding the case. It was little difficult for me because as i mention my major wasn't logistic.

Tell me a situation when you were leader of a group and your group partners are not cooperation with you.
Well-structured and informative. Communication from recruiting team was clear. Scheduling was handled efficiently. Interview questions were relevant to the role and allowed for good assessment of technical skills. Created a welcome environment and provided opportunities to ask questions.

Very complicated and long,
fist I need to fill an application then I need to do an online test then I need to pass through 3-4 online assessments
the test is hard and interviews is uncomfortable
I took a part in UFLP competition on the role os supply chain manager. I took a part in interview and business case solving activities. There were several participants and we were collectively solving a business case on different theme. Mine was like "if I had a million dollars" and then I described how I spent it on company's development activities.

There were a set of questions on different aspects like financials, marketing, general supply chain terms etc.
