The recruiter repeatedly never followed up after the interview. I had to email more than once during the process to get status updates. This leads me not to have a lot of faith in their HR department or company culture. How you treat people during the interview process matters.

Was straight forward and interviewer was pleasant. Best to prepare a portfolio of your work and some basic knowledge about the company. Would recommend to add a personal touch to your profile
