Entretien
Nothing crazy. Simple background check and conversation. Phone interview was just going over resume and past experience along with a short description of the work involving the position. Great experience overall. I interviewed as a college student, so possibly interview process may be much tougher for those out of college and with much more experience.
The HR interviewer was responsive and polite during the first round interview, which was mostly to make sure you're a good fit for the company culture. The second interview with the hiring manager was cordial, and it was more to assess fit to the role and your experience in the industry.

Standard walk through resume and then a few questions about leadership and accomplishments. Very conversational. Total of 2 rounds of interviews. Interview was really to determine if you would be a good fit at the company.
