During a downsizing a couple years ago, I did a panel interview so that I would be placed in a pool of candidates for management. I do not feel being a manager at UPS is compatible with family life but I interviewed anyway because losing my job would have been worse. The panel consisted of about five people and I knew several of them. The interview went very well as did the tests they gave me a couple days prior. As it turns out, my job was not eliminated at that time so I continued to work in IT.

PRimero aplicas online, RRHH hace un filtro de CV. Te ponen en contacto directamente con el manager. Tienes una entrevista con este online y por ultimo con el manager por encima presencial.
It was a straight forward process. You'd have to apply a few time though if trying for or during the holiday's for seasonal work. You can lessen the chances of being hired between the months of Feb thur July

It was simple and straight to the point. Nothing complicated at all. Got the offer after the interview and I accepted. They discuss pay grade and give you a tour of the facility
