Safety is more important than trying to run down an icy road (always, never, sometimes, sorta always, sorta never)......you'll be fine. It's are you a moron and are you able to walk and lift moderate weight without discomfort.
They just asked my name, email address, and address. They did not ask anything about previous experiences or anything. It seemed like they just wanted to know how near/far you stay from the job's location,
