Submitted application online. Received a call from the H.R. department. Group of about 8 or 9 people were called in. H.R. explained what the job entailed, then we were interviewed one by one. Asked if I could drive stick, if I had a criminal record, and if I had had any driving infractions. I said, no. I took a road test in an old 1989 p800 with no power steering. It was kind of like a DMV test. I passed. I was sent to take a DOT physical and a background check. Then I was sent to a one week training course.
