I got called in for an interview. After the interview, I had to contacted HR to take a test and after a week or so got hired. Pretty straight forward hiring process in my opinion. Just had to wait for the phone call after the test is taken.

Applied thru Handshake (site for my school), and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later for an in person interview with HR and the IE Manager. This was a very pleasant experience.
