The interview process is short. Youre then told that youre accepted for a interview and then its set up at you convenience. once the interview day comes you meeting a Manager from the training department and HR manager. youre asked a series of situational questions and once that's over their tell u they'll be in touch. A day or two later they will have decision

Applied online and went for a brief interview at human resources. No knowledge based questions were asked. From there had one more "interview" which was more of a tour and a chance to meet my manager. Most training happens on the job

Pretty standard in terms of the process. First the phone interview which I got in about a week then it led to an in person interview. Everything was one done in a timely fashion and I did receive the offer

I worked hard as a hourly employee, someone took notice and asked me about management. I took the easy MAPP test and in two weeks I was running the Local Sort. No questions, no interview, no other process.
