Excellent and cordial initial interview with Executive Recruiter. A second interview was scheduled with the hiring manager and an HRBP a few weeks later and the company has good automated notification systems to keep candidates informed about progress. It took them a few more weeks though to provide a generic response that they are proceeding with a different candidate.
