Te contacta un gerente de rh, después te entrevista el área (entrevista en inglés), después te contactan varias semanas después y dan feedback a los 3 meses.
Es un proceso tardado y creo que no le dan el seguimiento correcto con los candidatos

I cleared the first round and shortlisted for technical +HR round the interview was medium level that day during interview i am little bit nervous and not able to communicate properly and even if i knew the answer i am not able to convey them
Technical Round and Behavioural with Hiring Manager
Technical was case based question and hiring manager asked typical behvaioual questions like strenghts, weaknesses, time worked in a team. However HR person told me beforehand interview would be leetcode style which it wasnt
