Was told by the recruiter that the hiring manager would be traveling for a week and to expect to hear from her the next week for an interview. After waiting for a week plus, I reached out to the recruiter to check the status of an interview. She emailed me back and stated the hiring manager had made a decision on a candidate. I thought that was very unprofessional to have me on hold expecting an interview. I looked up the hiring manager and I saw where his team have no diversity what so ever. I don't know why these companies hire managers who do not like to hire a diverse team, only jobs that are low in pay.

Highly unprofessional interview process. Total of 2 rounds, first was good, second one was as if the interviewer is not interested in talking and he is overworked. He didn't pay attention to what I was saying.
