Short telephone interview about 10'. Salary expectations,availability,etc. After this a hiring test to be completed at home and to be sent within 3 days (Time needed: 3h). After two weeks invitation for interview (via Skype) with about 5 people, took around 3h. After the interview another test,again to be completed within 3 days (Time needed 2h)
