I applied online in mid-Feb., heard back a week later (through e-mail) from a recruiter wanting to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview took place a week after; I heard back after a week that they wanted to schedule an in-person interview with me with the hiring managers. I met with the hiring managers, and they were relaxed and very nice and genuinely interested in my experiences and background. I received an offer two weeks later and accepted it.
