I registered for this company through my college placements.
The interview process had 5 rounds in total. First round was telephone screening and once i was shortlisted i was able to visit the company to attend other rounds in person. In each round i was given real time cases and come up with a solution for it where they tested my knowledge, skills and ability for the particular job title that i opted for. The interviewers' were polite and were open to any questions from my side once they were done interviewing me in each round and my recruiter was kind enough to give me feedback after first round of interview process in person which I took on a serious note and improved on subsequent rounds. Though the interview process was long it was good and i got to know more about the company, the culture, my job role and what they primarily do at Salesforce.

4 interviews in total. The first was with HR, second with a manager and the third was a business case. The last interview was a personality test. To the people who apply for this job; I strongly suggest you to do you preparation!

Ridiculously long final interview for an entry level role. I was asked to take a day off of my annual leave for a 6 hour long assessment day. Required long hours of preparation after my working hours and I was asked to give a presentation on the day. I would not recommend employers dragging through candidates for this long and asking them to use their annual leave if the employers is not even sure about them at this stage. I found out that they were interviewing an other canditate for the same role and they were never meant to hire both us, opposed to what they said in the beginning. Recruiter never contacted me on her own about the outcome of the assessment day. I had to email her two weeks late to find out I did not get the offer.

I was approached for the bda role by a recruiter from Salesforce. I was pleasantly surprised by the research that was done prior to our conversation by the recruiter. The process was quite long but went very smooth and there were no unnecessary steps or questions.
