J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2016
Entretien
Very bad. Dragged on for 6 months. In retrospect, I realize they were just stringing me along to compare me to another candidate. Should've realized they weren't serious when I never talked with anyone in HR. No one asked technical questions, just situational and hypotheticals. I had to have 2 phone interviews with the hiring manager; just because he forgot to turn on the video the first time; as if it was important to see my face; made me suspicious. Very disappointing. Wasn't until my last interview that they ever mentioned there was another strong candidate. They could've moved along to him/her much faster instead of keeping my hopes up. Even had me take some personality assessment; never told me why or what the results were. Sour experience.
