It was held in my own campus drive first aptitude assignment then followed by the technical assessment,when both cleared then into technical round after technical round cleared final round that is hr round.i cleared all the rounds but I lost in hr round

Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind

There was also a managerial/behavioral discussion covering problem-solving approach, teamwork, communication skills, and overall role fit, followed by an HR discussion regarding compensation, notice period, and joining timelines.
