The interview process was structured yet friendly. It included a phone screen with behavioral questions, followed by an Assessment Centre with a group case study and a final 1-on-1 interview with a manager. They focused more on teamwork, communication, and values alignment than technical accounting questions. I felt supported throughout.

Integrity question, when did you choose to do the right thing?
The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.

chiamata con hr breve per fissare un colloquio a distanza e successivo colloquio tecnico in ambito contabilità e bilancio con manager di riferimento, feedback molto veloce il tutto è durato tre settimane
