First you apply. Then you are asked to complete an assessment that is just asking about how you perceive the world and looking to see your strengths. Next there is a screening with a HR talent manager. If you make it past that then there will be a case interview and then final round is a 45 minute behavioral interview with a partner.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
