I recently got interviewed on AWS Integration role. The interview was of 3 technical rounds. 1 Manager interview and at last HR Discussion. Total duration of technical round was of around 3 hours.

Mostly questions was from the resume and projects mentioned.
Technical interview asked from the core concepts. They try to understand the capability of a person. There might be some areas that are not up to the mark but if you show interest in learning than it is easy to get it cleared
Interview process was good. At my time, it was only one round and then they took the HR round. So, overall in terms of difficulty interview is of medium difficulty level.
