The interview process consisted of a one to one interview with a partner. The interview process from the application to the interview and offer lasted between 3-4 weeks. The interview was conducted in a very professional manner and the interviewer was genuinely trying to examine experience and capabilities under certain situations, rather than challenging the candidate

Some discussions to previous background and type of industries and clients that I worked on. Competency based questions like: strengths and weaknesses, an example when you had to deal with a difficult/rude client, a time you had to motivate someone.
Easy interview overall, everyone was friendly and all people from group you would be working with. all questions were behavioral questions. Only 2 interviews and heard back very quickly on an offer

The interview was very friendly and professional. There were 3 rounds of interview. Questions asked were mostly based on your previous work experience, interpersonal skills like team work, ability to work in pressure and how the candidate fit into the related job requirements.
