Three steps - Ice breaker - Meet with a Partner - Meet a Director - The process was fairly easy just going over the basics of human soft skills. The company is fairly nice an is looking for diversity recruits.

They will send the offer by email about a day or so after the phone call telling you you got the job

Entretien
The process was very dry, recruiters weren't entuastic. Interview ended very quickly after basic interview questions. I had to carry it by asking questions be prepared with questions and a good why to the role.
It was two back to back interview the first being a normla interview style and the second interview was a case study interview. Both interviews were 45 minutes each so a total of one and half hour interview.
