Entretien
Submitted application online. Got a call the next day inviting me to an interview the next week. Two online tests (numerical and abstract). Had three interviews: first with HR, and two others with managers. Had 45 min to prepare a business case and present it to the third interviewer. The questions were rather technical and should have required an in depth refresher of accounting classes. Business case was straight forward. HR was mostly traditonal questions.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. Gave answers as options to pick from.
Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
