Entretien
Online Application, followed by an online aptitude test. Three tests were taken: Numerical reasoning, Logical reasoning, & a psychometric test. The tests were relatively easy. Numerical was primarily focussed on percentages, ratios and analysing tables. Logical reasoning was almost completely focused on image sequences. Psychometric test evaluated business acumen, global acumen, leadership, and personal skills.

Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind

Structured interview process — HR screening, aptitude test, technical round focused on taxation and audit, and a manager interview. Well-organized, professional, and gives candidates a fair chance to showcase their skills
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including technical discussions focused on data structures, algorithms, backend development, system design, and project experience. There was also a managerial/behavioral discussion covering problem-solving approach, teamwork, communication skills, and overall role fit, followed by an HR discussion regarding compensation, notice period, and joining timelines.
