I was told I passed my interview and that they would send formal letter and other documents via email the following Monday. I was disappointed to find out they had changed their minds and I had to call them to learn of this when I realised Monday came but no documents where sent to me.

Entretien
The interview process was fairly easy and was easy to understand. Questions were mostly competency based. Interview gave around 2 and a half minutes of prep time and then 3 mins to answer the question.

It was a pretty easy interview process, It had around 3 rounds. I got in by joining the launchpad program. they asked a couple of technical questions like fibonacci, leap year, etc.
and in the hr round they just asked general questions

Entretien
Process was outsourced to a HR management company. There were 2 distinct main components (Pre-screening aptitude test and interview). There were 3 interview rounds consisting of pre, team lead and final HR.
