Went through a pre-interview dinner and first round on-campus interviews. It was very pleasant. Less than a week later I was invited back to second-round interviews via Skype. I was supposed to have a small interview with the campus recruiter followed by an interview with a Partner. I waited for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call, and nobody did- the campus recruiter did not show up to my interview! Very unprofessional- I know a lot of people in the business world and nobody has ever heard of something so unprofessional. Then, the partner finally answered the call (another 5 minutes late). The interview was fine- until I asked for his contact information at the end so I can thank him properly. He told me he would e-mail me his contact information, and he never did. Again, I found this extremely rude and disrespectful. I don't know why they bothered to ask me back for the final round of interviews if they were not planning on showing up to my interview/blowing me off....... I did however have other Big 4 offers so this interview made my decision that much easier.
