Long and challenging interview process. Starts with online application, then online aptitude tests (language and mathematical) and personality questionnaire, then a group assessment. Once through the group assessment, I was invited to come in for a manager interview, and once through that, I was invited to come in for a partner interview. My offer came a few weeks after the partner interview. Whole process took 5-6 months from start to finish.
Very thorough interview process; the one-on-one interviews were each an hour long, and touched on various parts of my CV and past experiences. Group assessment was the most challenging for me as I didn't know what to expect (it's basically an assessment of teamwork and problem-solving skills).

There were two rounds:
1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.

Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
