Group interview (people are divided into two teams to discuss the pros and cons of a business issues) + individual interview (basic interview question eg why we, why this position, why you, strengths & weakness)
It was a campus recruitment, 5 people group interview first. Separated to two teams and do a debate. After that we have a individual interview, one on one with the hr.
easy just ask behavioural questions and minimal requirement about technical, as long as you are accounting major and pass the apt test then you should be able to interview with ease
