Either you're super technical or you know german. No in between. I'd suggest to prepare for both situational and technical questions depending on the stage of the interview. In a few words give your best shot and do not be shy!

Entretien
Two rounds of technical interview and then Hr discussion with negotiotion and all further to that documentation and offer. It is smooth. Preparation is required before appearing into any Big 4 interview.
The process is smooth and well defined rounds of interview:
1. Telephonic conversation with the recruiter 10-15 mins
2. Technical Round with Hiring manger 35-40 mins
3. HR round 30 mins
