I reached the business leader interview stage and appreciated the professionalism of the interviewers. However, PwC’s website states that unsuccessful candidates at this stage will be informed and given the opportunity to request feedback. In my case, I did not receive any communication or feedback after the interview, despite following up. I understand large firms manage high volumes of candidates, but clear communication would help candidates feel respected for the time they invest.
