The process depends on the department you work for. Some interviews are very casual. Other groups will try to simulate the environment you will work in. Some interviews are in front of panels. Make sure you talk to the hiring manager in advance so you know what format you will interview in.

Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here.
The selection process comprised 3–4 rounds of interviews, scheduled based on mutual availability. The sequence was as follows:
1. Initial HR Screening – Conducted by the HR team to assess overall fit and basic eligibility.
2. Line Manager Interview – Focused on role-specific skills and experience.
3. Super Boss Interview – A higher-level evaluation of strategic alignment and leadership expectations.
4. Cross-functional Interviews – Two additional rounds with stakeholders from other Business Units to assess collaborative and business-wide fit.
5. Final Interview with HR Head – Focused on culture fit, organizational alignment, and final discussion.

It was not what i was looking for. The company looks like really do not care about their future employees. Something is changing on the bad side. And i dind get any infirmatios.
