Smooth and quick! The hiring manager explained me about Pfizer and its goal. Also asked to go over resume. Interview lasted 30 minutes.No technical questions. Was offered job next day.

I did a hirevue interview that was fairly easy. I got past the first round but it was simply just behavioral questions and then some games for memory and math
Virtual, online hirevue with behavioral questions and then first round a month later with hiring manager based on role and location. Easy to talk to people and a simple process.
