J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pfizer (Zagreb)
Entretien
During my interview at Pfizer, I encountered a series of typical yet insightful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experiences. The interviewer explored my professional background, seeking to understand my previous accomplishments and contributions. Additionally, I was asked about my approach to problem-solving and how I handle challenges within a team setting. The questions were thoughtfully designed to assess not only my technical expertise but also my ability to adapt and collaborate. Overall, the interview provided a comprehensive view of Pfizer's emphasis on skills, teamwork, and problem-solving in their hiring process.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pfizer (Cincinnati, OH)
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter when hired by Pfizer in 2000. At one point, Pfizer did away with outside recruiters and went with in-house recruiters. I'm not sure how it's done now. The interview process was quite extensive, starting with a couple of interviews with the hiring manager, often with the assistance of a hospital or specialty representative. Once the choice has been narrowed down, the next interview is with the regional manager and/or assistant to the regional manager. The job offer is then made with the hiring district manager. This was in 2000 and I'm sure things have changed.

Question 1
My most unexpected, and consequently most difficult question, came from the assistant to the regional manager. This position is a temporary position for future district managers. His question was, "what don't you like about (hiring manager/future boss)?" And he made it clear that there had to be at least one answer, with a "no answer" not being acceptable. Pretty funny question in retrospect.
